Former Kano State governor and chieftain of tha All Progressives Congress, APC, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau has defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Shekarau along with thousands of his supporters, today, joined the PDP at an elaborate ceremony in Kano.
