Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has justified the continued stay of military personnel in Kokori, the homestead of alleged kidnap kingpin, Kelvin, arguing that they would remain there until all the boys are smoked out of their hiding for prosecution.

Responding to appeals by Kokori indigenes in diaspora who had pleaded with the governor to lift the siege on Kokori to allow their kiths and kin go about their daily activities without fear of molestation by the military, the governor said there is no siege in Kokori, stressing that the military will not be stampeded to leave the place until they complete their mission.
