The likelihood of top Eaglets striker Success Isaac featuring in today’s FIFA U-17 World Cup semi final match against Sweden remains top secret.

Isaac, last played against Sweden in a Group F second match at the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain on October 22, where he cropped an injury and has subsequently been in the doctor’s room for treatment.

He scored in the match and his return will be a massive boost to the Nigerians, bidding for a record fourth World Cup trophy.

His replacement, Taiwo Awoniyi has been in sizzling form, scoring a brace in the 2-0 quarterfinal defeat of Uruguay and when asked about the possibility of Isaac returning today, Coach Manu Garba was coy in
his response.

“If I tell you that Isaac will play in the semifinal, the Swedes will start panting because they know the quality that he brings to our team. I rather leave them guessing on whether Isaac will play or not”, said Garba.
