For those who attended Felabration last Thursday, October 17, they won’t forget in a hurry the stampede masterminded by the self-proclaimed Starboy, Wizkid.

The “Pakurumo” crooner concluded his splendid performance at about 3.26 am when he beckoned on his manager to hand him two bale of N500 notes said to be close to a N100,000. He threw the money into the crowd before disappearing from the stage.

Then the fight began. The crowd were jostling for a share of the Wizkid money and even the security guards amazingly joined in the struggle for the money. This resulted into a stampede that lasted for about 30 minutes. It was the event compere, Omobaba  and the intervention of more security guards that brought back calmness to the new African shrine venue of the week-long event. Whizkid was nowhere to be found. He left  immediately after he threw the money at the crowd.
