Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State has approved the appointment of Mrs. Josephine Oluseyi Williams as the 17th Head of Service, HoS.

A statement Sunday, by the outgoing HoS, Mr. Adesegun Ogunlewe, said Mrs. Williams was until her appointment the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.

Williams, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science.
