Managing Director of OSV Metro Services Company, Abbas Ibrahim, has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court over theft of N36,000,000 worth of property.

Docked before Magistrate A. O. Akande, Ibrahim is facing a two-count charge of theft and conspiracy preferred against him by the police.

Police Prosecutor, Inspector Chinalu Uwadione, told the court that the crime was committed sometime in May at Eko Court Complex, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

He said the defendant leased out a security guard to Kuro Communications (Nig) Ltd. and the guard conspired with others to steal 56 tones of telecommunication equipment in a 40-foot container valued N36 million.
