Siasia disappointed after the Nation’s Cup ouster
Uganda have unveiled Serbian tactician Milutin Micho Sredojevi? as the new coach on a 2-year deal at FUFA House in Mengo, beating former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia to the position.
Police FC coach Sam Timbe, BUL BIDCO coach Kefa Kisala and goalkeeping coach Fred Kajoba will be Micho’s assistants.
The Cranes job recently went vacant following the sacking of Bobby Williamson. The Scotsman, a record four time CECAFA winner, failed on his key assignment of taking the Cranes to the final tournament of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Micho, 43, arrive Uganda after also being relieved of his duties in neighbouring Rwanda for also failing the Amavubi to the big stage.
Former Nigeria coach Samson Siasia was reported to have applied for the job, as well as Tom Saintfiet, former Nigeria Technical Director.
