ONITSHA — National chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief  Victor Umeh, Wednesday, said he was prepared to accept Governor Peter Obi and his faction of the party if they obeyed the order of Enugu Court of Appeal that reinstated him.

“We are in election year in Anambra State and we have to prepare very well to re-occupy the Awka Government House come 2013 governorship election.

“Obi is not contesting for governorship again. Obi has had it all for the past eight years the party supported him. He should support the party to live and not to kill it as they are doing.”

He said the Enugu Court of Appeal that reinstated him should be obeyed and advised against going through the back door to quash it.

Umeh said he was the only person that had the power to appoint a legal adviser or counsel for the party.
