ABEOKUTA – THE  burial arrangements for Sheila, the widow of the late reknowned educationist, Dr. Tai Solarin, has been  scheduled  to hold between  November 8 and 9.

A copy of the burial arrangement of  Sheila who died on Sunday at Babcock University Teaching Hospital Ilishan-Remo in the state at the age of 88 shows that the  remains  of the late co-founder  of May Flower Secondary School, Ikenne in Ogun State would arrive Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State on November 8 from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, morgue.

There would be  a motorcade procession to Ikenne Town Hall and before a  lying-in-state at Schmid Hall, Mayflower School where  tributes would be paid  by past students of May Flowers popularly called Ex-Mays.

It was also gathered from the programme of event that students of the school will  pay their last respects to the British woman who had impacted knowledge into some people  at the May Flower while a wake-keep to be co-ordinated by the Methodist Church will be held at the same venue by 4.p.m.

The grand finale will be a  private family interment at the family plot shortly after an inter-denominational service  which will hold on Friday November 9, by 11a.m.
