PORT HARCOURT— NATIONAL Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC in Cross River State, has solicited the support of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, members in spreading its campaign against fake and counterfeit products in rural areas of the state.

NAFDAC Coordinator in Cross River, Mr. Kayode Fagboyo, made the call while inaugurating the NAFDAC/NYSC Community Development Service, CDS, group in the state.

Fagboyo implored the corps members to carry out public enlightenment campaigns in schools, hospitals, market places and community centres on criteria to ascertain the genuineness of regulated products, when buying them.
