Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH), one of Nigeria’s foremost technology groups, has celebrated its 30th anniversary with the unveiling of a new corporate direction, announcing the rebranding of two of its subsidiaries as part of efforts to strengthen its position in Africa’s evolving digital economy.
The milestone celebration, held in Lagos on Wednesday under the theme, “Built for This. Ready for What’s Next,” brought together business leaders, technology stakeholders, clients, partners and members of the media to reflect on the company’s three decades of innovation, enterprise transformation and contributions to Africa’s digital evolution.
The Group announced that CloudSA will now operate as SATH Cloud, while Signal Alliance Consulting has been renamed SATH Technology Consulting, describing the move as a strategic step towards creating a more unified brand architecture that will drive growth, innovation and greater value for clients.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of Signal Alliance Technology Holding, Collins Onuegbu, described the anniversary as a defining moment in the company’s history, saying the organisation has remained committed to helping businesses unlock the power of technology over the past three decades.
“Thirty years ago, we set out with a simple but ambitious goal: to help organisations unlock the power of technology. Today, we celebrate not just longevity, but the impact we have made, the relationships we have built, and the opportunities that lie ahead,” he said.
According to him, the company’s sustained growth has been anchored on innovation, strategic partnerships, technical excellence and an unwavering commitment to customer success.
“Our story has always been one of transformation. We have continuously reinvented ourselves to meet the changing needs of the market, and today’s announcement represents another important step in that journey,” Onuegbu added.
Explaining the rationale behind the rebranding, the Group said the new identities would strengthen alignment across its businesses while reinforcing a shared vision for the future.
Under the new structure, SATH Cloud will continue providing cloud infrastructure, managed services and digital transformation solutions designed to help organisations become more agile, secure and efficient.
Similarly, SATH Technology Consulting will focus on strategic advisory services, business transformation, enterprise architecture, technology strategy and digital innovation aimed at helping organisations navigate increasingly complex business environments.
Managing Director of SATH Cloud, Busola Komolafe, said the rebranding reflects both continuity and the company’s future ambitions.
“While our name is changing, our commitment to helping clients leverage cloud technologies to accelerate growth and transformation remains stronger than ever. SATH Cloud reflects who we are today and where we are headed tomorrow,” she said.
Also speaking, Managing Director of SATH Technology Consulting, Kenneth Ufomba, described the transition as a significant milestone in the firm’s evolution.
“The transition to SATH Technology Consulting better reflects our role as a strategic partner helping organisations navigate complex business and technology challenges. It reinforces our commitment to delivering insight-led solutions that create measurable value,” Ufomba said.
Looking ahead, Signal Alliance Technology Holding reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Africa’s digital transformation agenda through sustained investments in emerging technologies, talent development, strategic partnerships and customer-centric solutions.
As the company enters its fourth decade, it said its focus remains on equipping organisations with the technology, expertise and innovation needed to adapt, compete and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
