Entrepreneur and real estate investor Omotoso Diya Damilola has officially launched TC Gas, marking the latest expansion of his growing business portfolio and reinforcing his commitment to driving economic development through investments in real estate, agriculture, and energy.

The launch, held on Saturday, represents a significant milestone for the entrepreneur, whose businesses are focused on creating wealth, empowering communities, and contributing to Nigeria’s economic growth.

Speaking on the vision behind the new venture, Damilola said TC Gas was established to provide reliable energy solutions for households and businesses while supporting productivity and national development.

The energy company joins TC Horizone Properties, launched in December 2023, and TC Agro, creating a diversified group of businesses dedicated to sustainable growth and economic empowerment.

According to Damilola, the inspiration behind his entrepreneurial journey stemmed from witnessing many people lose their wealth due to poor investment decisions.

“Growing up, I saw many people lose their wealth because of poor investment decisions. That inspired me to study investment and build businesses that help people create and preserve wealth,” he said.

Through TC Horizone Properties, the company has empowered individuals and families to build sustainable wealth through real estate investment, land banking, and property development. Meanwhile, TC Agro continues to advance food security, promote sustainable agriculture, and create employment opportunities through modern farming initiatives.

With the addition of TC Gas, Damilola said his businesses are now better positioned to meet critical needs across multiple sectors while maintaining a shared mission.

“Across all our businesses, our mission remains the same: to create wealth, empower people, drive economic growth, reduce unemployment, and make a lasting positive impact on our communities and the nation,” he stated.

A native of Ekiti State, Damilola began his entrepreneurial journey in 2015 and has since featured in more than five industry programmes and events.

His achievements have earned him significant recognition. In 2025, TC Horizone Properties was named the Vibrant and Outstanding Real Estate Company of the Year at the Lagos Real Estate Conference and Recognition Awards. He was also conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship Sustainability in West Africa by the Chartered Institute of Public Resource Management and Politics, Ghana, in recognition of his contributions to entrepreneurship and real estate development.

Looking ahead, Damilola disclosed plans to launch TC Academy, an initiative that will equip aspiring and practicing realtors with practical skills, ethical standards, industry knowledge, and mentorship to help raise the standard of professionalism within Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The launch of TC Gas signals another step in Damilola’s long-term vision of building businesses that create lasting value while contributing to sustainable national development.
