ABUJA: The Nigeria Democratic Congress NDC has elected Engr. Queen Oluchi Duruibe as its candidate for the Okigwe South Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, in a move widely seen as a strong endorsement of youth participation and women’s leadership in politics.
