The Executive Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Political Matters, Barr. Jennifer Oma Adasen, PhD, has extolled the leadership qualities of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, describing it as “exemplary and foresight driven”.

Adasen, a former Commissioner for Science and Technology in the State, remarked that the Governor’s three years in office has occasioned unprecedented infrastructural human capital development across the length and breadth of the three senatorial districts and 25 local government areas of the state.

In her congratulatory message to mark Governor Oborevwori’s 63rd birth anniversary on Friday, June 19, 2026, the Executive Assistant on Political Matters, emphasised that Oborevwori’s inclusive governance approach and godly disposition towards running the affairs of state have, in no small measure, led to the monumental strides in virtually every facet of the state’s trajectory.

Describing the Governor as a remarkable leader and a man of humility with unwavering commitment to the development of Delta State, Adesan added that his dedication to service, exemplary leadership and passion for the welfare of Deltans is a source of inspiration to all citizens of the state.

She added that through purposeful governance, the Governor has brought hope, progress and renewed confidence to the people as the government continues to work to improve the wellbeing of the masses.
