The All Progressive Congress, APC’s Chieftain in Delta state, Chief Oviri Okeimute Okwagbe, has drums support for Gov Sheriff Oborevwori and President Bola Tinubu ahead of 2027 general election.
While addressing newsmen, Olorogun Okwagbe stressed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov, Sheriff Obborevworii both of the All Progressive Congress Party, APC, have performed well and deserve a second term for continuation.
The Eni of Ughievwen kingdom, who is also the Esama of Ukepidi, Olorogun Oviri Okeimute Okwagbe stressed that he is in support of Gov Sheriff Oborevwori promised and commitment to deliver Delta state to President Bola Tinubu comes 2027, as he hails the Delta state governor for supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reelection; describing the governor as a tested and trusted leader.
Okwagbe appealed that President Bola Tinubu should please bring more of federal projects to the state because the state lack federal presence, that is only state’s projects that are visible.
He noted that the APC-led Federal Government and Delta state governments has demonstrated determination and vision in repositioning Delta state and Nigeria for economic growth and stability; that Nigerians should continue in their support for the President’s Renewed Hope and reform agenda and the Delta state MORE agenda, that the policies of both administrations are yielding positive results in strengthening the nation’s economy.
He praised Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, for his people-focused leadership and commitment to good governance, describing his administration as one that inspires confidence and hope across the Delta state.
He appealed to all Deltans to support Governor Oborevwori’s administration; that massive infrastructural development is coming from his administration through the MORE agenda to the state and urges Deltans to support the governor and rally round him because 2027 governorship election is cruciala for sustainable development and delivery of all his electioneering campaign promises to the people.
