Live Again Foundation has concluded plans to draw attention to workplace trauma and emotional well-being, covering burnout, leadership fatigue and the pressures many women silently carry.

The foundation, set to mark five years of impact with its first-ever major conference, will bring together women from across different backgrounds for a day of healing conversations, leadership sessions and enterprise showcases centred on recovery and growth.

The conference, themed Live Again at 5, is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, at Ikeja, Lagos.

There will also be wellness and restoration experiences courtesy of Oriki, a Nigerian luxury wellness, personal grooming, and skincare brand. The conference also features a girls’ initiative focused on confidence-building and mentorship, and an enterprise showcase featuring businesses owned by Live Again Outreach community members who have been nurtured over the years.

Founder and Executive Director of the foundation and widely known as The Live Again Coach, Enifome Ogbimi, said the conference is an extension of work the organisation has been doing quietly for years.

She said: “The Live Again Conference is more than an event; it is a movement that reminds women that their past does not define their future. Through shared stories, practical insights and meaningful connections, we hope to inspire women to embrace healing, pursue growth and step confidently into leadership.”

Ogbimi, described as a transformational leader, global speaker and resilience coach, has through the foundation directly impacted over 2,000 women across Nigeria through outreaches, shelter support, rehabilitation and empowerment programmes.

Her work, she says, sits at the intersection of emotional healing, leadership development and economic empowerment, addressing what she identifies as one of the most overlooked challenges facing women today: the long-term effects of unhealed trauma on personal growth and workplace performance.
