ABUJA — The Arewa Female Students Association (AFSA) has honoured the Chief Executive Officer of Ephraim International Investment Limited, Comrade Babatunde Abidemin Ademola, with an Excellence Award for his contributions to youth empowerment, leadership development and national growth.
The award was presented at the corporate headquarters of Ephraim International Investment Limited, where members of the association commended Ademola’s commitment to expanding educational opportunities and supporting young people across Nigeria.
Speaking at the event, AFSA President Ms. Rafeeah Abdullahi Hasaan described Ademola as an outstanding leader whose humanitarian efforts and dedication to nation-building have positively impacted many young Nigerians.
She said he was selected for the honour based on his contributions to youth development, entrepreneurship, and initiatives promoting education and social progress, noting that his leadership continues to inspire students and emerging leaders nationwide.
In his response, Ademola expressed appreciation to the association, describing the recognition as a motivation to intensify youth-focused programmes and initiatives.
He praised AFSA for promoting unity, educational advancement and female empowerment, urging members to remain committed to national integration and development.
He also called for greater collaboration among young Nigerians in addressing the country’s socio-economic and security challenges, stressing that education and unity remain key tools for sustainable progress.
The ceremony ended with the presentation of a plaque, group photographs, and renewed commitments by both parties to support youth empowerment, education and national cohesion.
