Prof. Dr. Parin Somani and Dr. Ranbir S. Rathee have jointly released a new book focused on emotional resilience, positive leadership, and personal development in response to growing global concerns around mental well-being and workplace stress.
The book, Positive Living: A Way to Great Success, set for global release on Amazon, presents practical strategies for building emotional strength, disciplined thinking, and long-term personal and professional success.
Rather than treating positivity as a motivational idea, the authors frame it as a structured approach to leadership, decision-making, and everyday life challenges.
Across its chapters, the work explores themes such as resilience, accountability, self-awareness, forgiveness, confidence building, and behavioural transformation, with emphasis on balancing external success with internal emotional stability.
Prof. Somani said the book goes beyond conventional self-help narratives, urging continuous personal development rooted in reflection, ethics, and consistency.
She is the CEO of the London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) and a TEDx speaker with extensive academic and humanitarian engagements, including lectures at Harvard, Cambridge, and Oxford.
Co-author Dr. Rathee, a Gold Medalist with over four decades of experience in academia, banking, leadership, and human resource development, contributed practical insights on emotional intelligence and workplace behaviour.
Analyst Mujahid Al-Ibenu described the book as timely, noting its relevance to global conversations on emotional intelligence and leadership responsibility.
The authors said the publication aims to help readers navigate modern pressures while building balance, purpose, and sustainable success.
