Aproko Doctor, Macfoy others hit PodFest Naija 2.0

Lagos is set to host Nigeria’s biggest gathering of storytellers again. Muvmnt Studio has announced the 2nd edition of PodFest Naija for September 25, 2026, building on the success of its first edition.

Curator and CEO of AT3 Resources, Tosin Adefeko, said the debut edition proved the power of storytelling. “This year, we are bringing together an even broader and more influential community of voices to amplify consumer-led narratives, foster deeper connections, and strengthen the storytelling ecosystem,” she said.

The festival will feature top voices across finance, health, culture, and public discourse. Confirmed names include Rolake Akinkugbe-Filani, Ife Durosinmi-Etti, Aproko Doctor, Joro Olomofin, and Tochukwu Macfoy, aka Dr Foy.

Adefeko added that the event goes beyond entertainment. “We created it as a convergence point for the storytelling ecosystem, to celebrate, collaborate, innovate, and support storytellers as they elevate their craft,” she said.

Other speakers include Babajide Ogunsanwo, Francesca Uriri, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Audu Maikori, and Morenike Molehin, alongside emerging creators and brands.

PodFest Naija 2.0 promises to be a premier gathering for podcasters, creators, brands, and culture enthusiasts looking to shape conversations across Nigeria and beyond.
