ABUJA — NeoHomes Limited, a real estate development company operating in Abuja and Asaba, has been named Emerging Sites and Services Company of the Year at the Abuja Real Estate Awards (ARE Awards) 2.0.
The award was presented at the Abuja Real Estate Fireside Chat 3.0 and recognises organisations that have demonstrated growth, operational excellence and commitment to quality in Nigeria’s property sector.
According to organisers, the recognition reflects NeoHomes’ steady expansion and performance over the past three years.
Since its establishment, the company says it has sold over 450 plots across more than 16 residential and investment estates, serving over 300 investors and homeowners in Abuja and Asaba.
Speaking after receiving the award, Chief Executive Officer of NeoHomes Limited, Mr. Chukwuemeka Obiazkwor, said the recognition highlights deeper challenges in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
“Nigeria’s housing gap is not simply a supply problem. It is a trust problem,” he said. “What we have been building at NeoHomes is not just property, but confidence in real estate investment.”
He added that the recognition shows growing market appreciation for firms that prioritise integrity and transparency.
NeoHomes’ portfolio includes Palmera Residence, Crest Mark Estate, Eco View Estate, Solaris Estate, Neo Summit, Neoclassic Estate, Belle Vista Apartments, Heartland City, D’Max Estate and other developments across Abuja and Asaba.
The company said its operational philosophy, “Peace Beyond Shelter,” focuses on accessible land ownership and structured development within key urban growth corridors.
Industry observers say transparency, infrastructure quality and long-term planning remain key drivers of sustainable real estate growth in Nigeria.
NeoHomes said the award marks an important milestone in its journey and reflects its ambition to play a stronger role in shaping Nigeria’s property development landscape.
