The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) has recognised non-profit executive Kimberly B. Lewis for her contributions to inclusive leadership and social impact at its international summit held on May 2, 2026, at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

The summit brought together more than 250 innovators, executives and thought leaders from over 45 countries, focusing on leadership, innovation and human development in a changing global environment.

Lewis, who serves as President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of East Texas and leads Motivational Muse, LLC, was honoured at the LOSD Excellence Awards 2026 in the Business Category for Inclusive Leadership & Social Impact.

She also featured as a speaker during the Skills Live Show 2026, participating in a panel on Digital Life & Mental Wellbeing, where she discussed the importance of emotional wellbeing, purpose and human connection in an increasingly digital society.

Organisers said her presentation drew attention to the need for balance between technological advancement and mental health, particularly in organisational leadership and community development.

Lewis, who has more than two decades of leadership experience, has also served in various diversity and inclusion roles, including as a founding member and former chair of the Goodwill Industries International Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has previously received several honours, including the 2024 Love Thy City Humanitarian Award and recognition among the Top 50 Women in Nonprofits in 2025.

During the summit, she also participated in activities organised by the LOSD Publishing House, including the unveiling of A Book of Happiness and a presentation on the forthcoming publication 26 Game Changers of the Year 2026, scheduled for global launch in August at Harvard University.

The event also featured participation from several civic leaders, including mayors and deputy mayors from various UK councils, alongside Prof. Dr. Parin Somani, Chief Executive Officer of LOSD.

Lewis also appeared on the LOSD podcast, where she spoke further on inclusive leadership and sustainable social impact in contemporary organisations.

Organisers described the Oxford summit as a major international gathering focused on leadership, education and innovation across sectors.
