Global Talent Management Africa has launched the GTMA Career Clinic, a new initiative designed to equip African professionals with the skills, visibility, and strategic positioning needed to compete in the global workforce.

Positioned as Africa’s Global Career Readiness Lab, the GTMA Career Clinic was created to address a growing challenge across the continent: talented professionals struggling to access global opportunities due to poor career positioning, limited visibility, and inadequate strategic guidance.

The initiative aims to serve over 100 professionals globally in its first phase, focusing on helping individuals strengthen their CVs, LinkedIn presence, career direction, and global employability standards.

The first pilot cohort phase of the GTMA Career Clinic will officially commence on May 28, 2026.

According to GTMA, the Career Clinic goes beyond traditional career advisory services by offering an end-to-end transformation model tailored for the realities of today’s international talent marketplace.

Speaking on the launch, Bosola Oyebanjo, Marketing and Brands Manager at GTMA, said:

“We are building more than careers — we are building global readiness. The GTMA Career Clinic is designed to help African professionals move from being overlooked to becoming globally competitive. We believe African excellence deserves visibility, structure, and access at the highest level.”

In addition to individual professionals, the Career Clinic will also support organisations looking to build future-ready talent systems and workforce development strategies aligned with evolving global standards.

GTMA says the long-term vision for the initiative is to help reshape how African talent is perceived and positioned globally while creating a stronger pipeline of internationally competitive professionals from the continent.
