The All Progressive Congress, APC’s Chieftain in Delta state, Chief Oviri Okeimute Okwagbe JP, has canvasses support for the Delta state governor, Gov Sheriff Oborevwori and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the All Progressive Congress, APC primaries and the 2027 general election; that both leaders have performed well and deserve a second term for continuation of the good job they have done.

Addressing newsmen, the Eni of Ughievwen kingdom, Olorogun Oviri Okeimute Okwagbe said that party members and Nigerians should rallied behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov Sheriff Oborevwori ahead of the 2027 general elections; that Gov Sheriff Oborevwori has done well in Delta state through his MORE agenda, that the governor has been tested and trust to move the state to a greater height and a prosperous Delta state.

Olorogun Okwagbe, who is also the Iyete of Agbo kingdom pointed to the performances of the current office holders is justification for their adoption and endorsement.

According to him, ” maintaining the existing leadership would help consolidate gains already recorded, urged party members to avoid actions capable of undermining party harmony”.

Okwagbe appealed to all Deltans to support Governor Oborevwori’s administration so that he would delivers the dividends of democracy to all Deltans and believes that massive infrastructural development is coming from his administration through the MORE agenda to the state.

He noted that Gov. Oborevwori has come prepared and his approach have demonstrated his foresight and commitment to the people of Delta state, urges Deltans to support the governor and rally round him because 2027 governorship election is crucial for sustainable development and delivery of all his electioneering campaign promises to the people
