A Lagos-based real estate firm, Peedeep Arcade Properties Ltd, has allocated commercial spaces to 38 subscribers at its Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, urging investors to meet a 70 per cent payment threshold to secure ownership.

The allocation ceremony, the first by the company in 2026, held at the complex located opposite the Lagos State University gate along the LASU–Isheri Expressway, attracted corporate organisations, individual investors and other stakeholders.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Col. Kingsley Umoh (retd), reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to delivering quality projects and maintaining a culture of fulfilling promises to subscribers.

Umoh explained that while flexible payment plans enable subscribers to key into the project, only those who attain 70 per cent payment can secure a definite space within the complex.

“If you attain 70 per cent, you can take your spot and even start business. You will then be given six months to complete payment, but you cannot rent or resell your space when you have yet to make full payment,” he said.

He described the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex as a product of professionalism, integrity, teamwork and commitment to excellence, noting that the company’s transparent allocation process underscores its credibility in the real estate sector.

The ceremony featured the presentation of allocation documents, including Deeds of Assignment, to the beneficiaries, comprising both corporate bodies and individual investors.

Among notable subscribers recognised at the event was PrimeTouch School, described by the organisers as one of the largest investors in the project.

In addition to the allocations, the company rewarded subscribers who participated in its Easter and Eid promotional campaigns with gift items, including television sets, deep freezers, air fryers and electric kettles.

Organisers also announced an upcoming online competition tied to the Acada Arcade project, which they said would provide opportunities for members of the public to win prizes.

The event, marked by celebrations and networking, further highlighted what the firm described as its sustainability-driven approach to real estate development and customer engagement.
