In a goodwill message, the pension firm commended the resilience and unwavering commitment of police personnel in safeguarding lives and maintaining law and order across the country.

The organisation praised the discipline and patriotism displayed by officers, noting that their efforts continue to serve as a beacon of service in the face of growing security challenges.

“On this significant day, we pay tribute to your unwavering courage, resilience, discipline, and steadfast dedication to duty. Your tireless commitment to safeguarding lives, upholding law and order, and preserving the peace across our nation stands as a beacon of service and patriotism,” the statement read.

NPF Pensions also acknowledged the daily sacrifices made by police officers, often under difficult and life-threatening conditions, stressing that their contributions remain critical to national stability and development.

“We deeply acknowledge the sacrifices you make daily, often in the face of great risk, to ensure the safety and stability of our society. Your service does not go unnoticed, and your contributions remain invaluable to national development,” the company noted

The firm further emphasised the need to recognise security personnel as part of the broader celebration of the dignity of labour, highlighting their essential role in building a secure and orderly society.
