In recognition of his unwavering commitment to public service, ethical leadership, and outstanding contributions to the accounting profession in Nigeria, Dr. Kayode Olusola Fasua, the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), has been conferred with the prestigious Distinguished Public Service Award by Radio Nigeria Positive 102.5 FM, Akure.
The award was presented to him in his office in Abuja by Mr. Oluwatuyi Jayeoba who represented him at the ceremony
While receiving the award, Dr. Fasua congratulated Positive FM for its consistent role in promoting excellence, recognising outstanding individuals, and contributing to nation-building through quality broadcasting and community engagement.
As CEO of ANAN, one of Nigeria’s foremost professional accountancy bodies, Dr. Fasua has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical standards across the public and private sectors.
His visionary leadership has significantly advanced the association’s mandate of producing competent, integrity-driven accountants who contribute meaningfully to national development.
The organisation, in.a statement said they honoured him for his commitment to public service and contributions to the accounting profession.
The awardee dedicated the award to all professionals committed to ethical conduct and selfless public service. He pledged to continue advancing the accounting profession and supporting initiatives that drive good governance in Nigeria.
