Chief Osasu Igbinedion Ogwuche, Founder of TOS Foundation Africa and Chief Executive Officer of TOS Group, has been selected as one of 27 African leaders for the 2026 Tutu Fellowship cohort.

Her selection followed a competitive process that drew hundreds of nominations from across the continent, reflecting recognition of her leadership, public service and contributions to governance, institutional reform and Pan-African development.

Ogwuche leads TOS Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in media, philanthropy, real estate, hospitality and energy. Under her leadership, the organisation has grown into a performance-driven ecosystem that includes TOS TV Network, a Pan-African digital media platform; TOS Foundation Africa, focused on political representation, education and economic empowerment; NatSu Global, a cross-border investment firm; Lezeanoo Services Ltd., an energy company; and NOLA Restaurant and Lounge, a hospitality brand.

She has also been active in advancing women-focused political empowerment and leadership development initiatives across Nigeria and the wider African continent.

The Tutu Fellowship Programme, organised by the African Leadership Institute, is widely regarded as a leading platform for nurturing transformational leaders in Africa.

As a member of the 2026 cohort, Ogwuche will join a network of leaders committed to promoting ethical leadership and sustainable development across the continent.

In announcing the cohort, the African Leadership Institute said the selected participants reflect the diversity and strength of Africa’s leadership talent, noting that the programme remains focused on building the capacity of leaders to drive positive and lasting impact.

The selection further underscores Ogwuche’s growing influence as a values-driven leader shaping enterprise, governance and social impact across Africa.
