Boss A1 Global, in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), has launched a five-day training programme on quality auditing and ISO certification aimed at building local capacity and strengthening industry standards.
The training, which commenced on Monday, is scheduled to run through Friday and is expected to benefit 50 participants drawn from across relevant sectors.
Organisers said the programme is designed to equip participants with the technical skills and knowledge required to conduct quality audits and attain internationally recognised ISO certification.
The initiative forms part of NCDMB’s broader mandate to develop indigenous talent and deepen expertise within Nigeria’s oil and gas value chain, while promoting economic growth and sustainable development.
Participants will receive intensive training on key areas including quality management systems, audit principles, and ISO 9001 requirements. The programme will also provide practical, hands-on sessions covering auditing techniques, report writing, and corrective action planning.
Stakeholders noted that the training is expected to enhance participants’ professional competence and position them to meet global quality standards, thereby improving operational efficiency and competitiveness within the industry.
