Social platform, RHUCE to help African creatives monetize skills

RHUCE, a new social platform built specifically for African creatives, has officially launched with the aim of helping young talents convert their skills, learning journeys, and content into sustainable income opportunities.

The platform seeks to address a major challenge in Africa’s fast-growing creator economy — estimated to be worth over $3 billion — where millions of young people acquire digital skills but struggle to turn them into viable economic opportunities.

Speaking on the launch, Simeon Ifeoluwa Adeyanju, CEO of RHUCE Limited, said: “Across Africa, talent is everywhere, but opportunity is fragmented. Creators are learning, building, and sharing their work, but they lack a structured way to turn that into visibility, credibility, and income.”

Unlike traditional social platforms that focus mainly on virality or finished work, RHUCE allows users to document their growth in real time, turning their learning journey into a living, discoverable portfolio.

Adeyanju added: “We believe your journey is your greatest asset. On RHUCE, your growth becomes your portfolio, your consistency builds your credibility, and opportunities can discover you based on what you’re becoming, not just what you’ve done.”

The platform shifts from traditional application-based hiring to a discovery-driven model, where creators are matched with jobs, gigs, and collaborations based on their evolving skills and documented progress.

It also introduces built-in monetisation tools that enable creators to earn through digital products, paid content, and brand collaborations.

With over 60% of Africa’s population under the age of 25, RHUCE positions itself as critical infrastructure for the continent’s next generation of creatives and professionals.

“Our goal is simple: help Africans turn learning into opportunity, and opportunity into income,” Adeyanju stated.
