The EKO57 LG Movement, a grassroots socio-political group encompassing all 57 Local Governments and LCDAs in Lagos State, has announced the appointment of its new Grand Patron and Coordinator as part of its organizational expansion ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The onboarding ceremony, held recently in Lagos, was attended by key executive members of EKO57 LG, alongside actors, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and influential business leaders, highlighting the movement’s growing reach and support.
EKO57 LG was established to mobilize and engage communities across all local councils in Lagos State, serving as a platform for coordinated political engagement, community outreach, and voter awareness.
The appointment of the new Grand Patron and Coordinator is aimed at strengthening the leadership structure of the movement, ensuring effective coordination across all regions and enhancing its capacity for grassroots engagement.
Speaking at the ceremony, movement leaders emphasized their commitment to organizing a well-coordinated, community-focused campaign and to building a strong support base across Lagos State.
The event showcased a sense of purpose and unity, with members and stakeholders pledging continued support for the movement’s objectives.
