The Iyanu Atsémudiara Movement (IAM) has clarified its position regarding recent online discussions about its posts on the NLP 2026 Global Prayer Conference, stating that the content formed part of broader public conversations surrounding the event.

The clarification was contained in a statement released on Friday by the organisation’s President and Group Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Atsémudiara.

According to the statement, IAM News noted that its posts were made within the context of ongoing online discussions and public interest in the upcoming prayer conference.

The organisation explained that conversations about the event gained attention on social media following exchanges involving Nigerian public figures Hilda Baci and Veekee James, which contributed to wider engagement on the topic.

IAM stated that its contribution to the discussion was part of monitoring and participating in trending public conversations online.

“Our engagement with the topic came in the course of observing an existing online discussion. We joined a conversation that many Nigerians were already participating in,” the statement said.

The NLP 2026 Global Prayer Conference is scheduled to take place on March 13 at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos, and has attracted growing attention across social media platforms in recent days.

Atsémudiara noted that conversations and testimonies linked to the event appear to be spreading organically online as the date approaches.
