Entrepreneur and business educator Onyedikachukwu George Nnadozie marked his birthday by delivering a 10-hour marathon masterclass that brought together hundreds of entrepreneurs and business leaders for an intensive training many participants described as transformative.

The February 27, 2026 event — held to commemorate his February 25 birthday — evolved from a celebration into a landmark business education initiative, drawing both physical and virtual participation from across multiple digital platforms.

The marathon was streamed simultaneously on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, enabling entrepreneurs across diverse digital spaces to access the training. Participants further amplified its reach by rebroadcasting the sessions within their networks.

The comprehensive training covered marketing, branding, leadership, and core business fundamentals, with a focus on practical frameworks for growth and sustainability.

Among those present were Sam Obiorah, Lead Pastor of City of Transformation Global, and Onyedikachukwu Odogwu, Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Youth and Development.

Odogwu stressed the importance of youth participation in governance, noting that initiatives like the marathon provide meaningful pathways for change. He commended Nnadozie for empowering young entrepreneurs with practical business knowledge

Pastor Obiorah praised the depth of the training, stating, “What you did in this marathon is nothing short of amazing. You didn’t just give information, you gave good information.”

The marathon featured sessions on:

Marketing Mastery — strategies designed to deliver measurable results

Branding Brilliance — building memorable and trusted brand identities

Leadership Essentials — managing and inspiring high-performance teams

Business Fundamentals — sustainable growth and scaling principles

Participants described the programme as one of the most informative training experiences they had attended, highlighting its practical value.

Nnadozie is the founder of BrandForge Ltd and its U.S. affiliate, BrandForge Services LLC, and the host of BrandSeries, a monthly training programme for entrepreneurs. Through these initiatives, he continues to promote accessible, high-quality business education aimed at transforming how business owners approach growth.

The success of the 10-hour marathon underscores the growing demand for practical entrepreneurial training and demonstrates the impact of accessible learning initiatives in strengthening Africa’s business ecosystem.

Observers say the initiative sets a new benchmark for value-driven entrepreneurial education, highlighting the role of committed learning and mentorship in fostering sustainable business growth.
