Aba Dope, a popular Ghanaian socialite and TikTok influencer, has spoken up about how she used her social media presence to rise to prominence in Ghana.

According to her narrative, while in Senior High School (SHS), she was the prayer secretary for the Scripture Union (SO) and a fervent Christian who led prayer sessions and changed people’s lives.

She also stated that, in addition to her spiritual life, she was an entertaining person; as a result, she was influential in terms of entertainment activities during her time at the Nursing Training College, and she garnered acclaim for her exploits.

“When I was in SHS, I played a variety of parts. I was the Scripture Union’s (SIJ) prayer secretary. “I could pray for someone to fall from his bed, and it was fatal.”In nursing school, I used to sing, so when we walked to the dormitory, I made some jokes that made my colleagues laugh. I was also known as ‘DJ Coco’ since I was usually at the DJ’s side when it came to entertainment, directing which songs were played.

“After that, I would assemble students in the evening and we would all pray on the same day. Everyone adored me because I represented a wide range of lives. When I went to Accra, I learned about TikTok, but I was already on Snapchat, chatting about different topics.

“When I knew I had been discovered, I decided to switch to TikTok. When I shared a photo of my physique, people complimented me. “When a classmate questioned why I bleached my hair, I called her out on TikTok live, which gained popularity among bloggers,” she explained.

Aba Dope is also a media personality, working with the Media General. As a TikTok influencer, restaurant owner, professional nurse, and TV host, Aba has carved a niche in multiple fields.
