Mujahid Al-Ibenu (born 28 August 1997) is a Nigerian Merchant Navy officer and research journalist whose work spans maritime operations, information technology, and national security studies.

He attended Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria, where he acquired his first academic qualification in Technology and Management. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, establishing the foundation for his later focus on digital infrastructure and cybersecurity.

In pursuit of maritime specialization, Al-Ibenu undertook professional training in Nautical Sciences at the Pakistan Maritime Training Institute and at Charkin Maritime Academy. These studies marked his transition from information systems into service within the Merchant Navy.
