Born in Okwagbe community in Ughelli South, Omogo’s path reflects a blend of technical discipline, entrepreneurship, and service.

His early exposure to public service came through his mother, Hon. Florence Urhuwheya, who served in public office as an honorable member, in the early 2000s, an influence widely credited with shaping his sense of civic responsibility.

Omogo studied Geology at Delta State University before pursuing Petroleum Engineering at Petroleum Training Institute. While undergoing his training, he worked offshore, participating in maintenance and construction operations, an experience that exposed him to the operational demands of Nigeria’s energy sector.

Those formative years offshore proved decisive. Colleagues recall a young professional who combined technical curiosity with a strong entrepreneurial drive.

That exposure ultimately led him to establish Tunstall empire Ltd , a firm now engaged in real estate, transportation, and offshore maintenance services.

Associates describe Omogo’s business philosophy as impact-oriented, with a focus on reliability, workforce development, and community relevance. His enterprise growth has been matched by increasing involvement in youth-focused initiatives.

Through the The Ejiata Hope foundation, he promotes mentorship, empowerment, and
value-driven leadership among young Nigerians. The foundation’s activities are anchored on the belief that national progress is inseparable from human capacity development.

Community stakeholders say his interventions consistently emphasize discipline, skill acquisition, and social responsibility, values he regards as essential for national development.

Omogo is also recognized for active participation in faith-based community life within the Catholic Church, where he is described as charismatic and service-driven.

Despite repeated appeals from community leaders urging him to enter politics, he has declined, maintaining that leadership must be approached with preparation and clarity of purpose.
