Driven by a passion for self-development, he furthered his studies at Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti (2018–2022), where he balanced academics with his growing interest in music refining his craft while building a vision for his career.
Before teaming up with his current management JSL NATION, Bunmi Rhymes had already begun making waves with songs such as “Blessings,” “Folashade,” and “Ire.” These tracks showcased his storytelling ability, melodic sensibility, and strong Afrocentric influence, earning him grassroots recognition and a loyal fan base.
