XtraLarge Farms and Resorts has announced the appointment and promotion of key leaders and directors across its departments, in a move aimed at strengthening its operational capacity, expanding stakeholder engagement and driving growth across its agribusiness, tourism and wellness portfolios.
The wide-ranging appointments, which cut across tourism, health, food services, public relations, diaspora relations, security and empowerment, underscore the organisation’s commitment to structured leadership and effective service delivery.
According to the Managing Director, Dr. Moji Davids, the newly constituted leadership team is expected to deepen institutional coordination, enhance member experience and position the organisation for both local and international expansion.
In the Department of Tourism and Programs, Governor General Sola Ajayi was named Director, with Governor General Reachy Ogbah appointed as Assistant Director. The Health and Wellness Department will be led by Dr. Victoria Ayeni, assisted by Dr. and Dr. Mrs. Oyegbile.
For Food and Membership, Governor General, Kemi Osawaru and Gov. Frederick Osawaru were appointed to lead the department, with Amb. Adedokun Nimota, Amb. Ade Asemota and Amb. Oni Taibat Olukemi serving as assistants.
Public Relations and Engagement will be overseen by Governor General Aderoju Owosanya, supported by Amb. Morakinyo Abosede and Amb. Paul Enakireru. In the area of Welfare and Peoples Management, Governor General Toyin Oguntoye was appointed Director, with Amb. Omolara Oyekunle, Amb. Olutoyin Okuwobi and Amb. Titi Oladosu as part of the management team.
The organisation also unveiled a robust Diaspora Relations and Events Department, headed by Governor General Temi Akinlade and David Akinlade. They will be assisted by Gov. Uche Nwachukwu, Gov. Juliana Fasusi (USA) and Amb. Ayobami Ojo (Canada), with management noting that additional country representatives will be announced in due course.
Other appointments include Amb. Oladoja Sofoluke, Amb. Adeola Thomas Elizabeth and Governor General Temi Akinlade for Leadership Welfare; Amb. Mopelola Akande, Amb. Ayandipe Sabanna and Amb. Felicia Ojo for Prayer and Spiritual Engagement; and Gov. Balogun Eniola alongside Amb. Aregbesola Silifat Aramide for Security and Protocol.
The Empowerment Department will be directly overseen by the organisation’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
Management of XtraLarge Farms & Resorts congratulated all newly appointed and promoted officers, urging them to uphold the organisation’s values and work collaboratively to advance its vision in agriculture, hospitality, wellness and community development.
