Percentile Global Ventures, in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), has concluded a five-day vocational training programme on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for 30 engineers and architects in Abuja.

The training, held from February 2 to February 6, 2026, was designed to strengthen the technical capacity of young professionals in the construction and engineering sectors, equipping them with industry-relevant skills to remain competitive.

Participants received hands-on training and advanced instruction in the use of CAD software, enabling them to improve design precision, project efficiency, and overall productivity. Many of the beneficiaries expressed appreciation to NCDMB for the opportunity, noting that the programme would significantly enhance their professional growth and career prospects.

The initiative forms part of NCDMB’s broader commitment to human capacity development and sustainable growth within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. By equipping emerging professionals with modern technical skills, the partners aim to build a more competent local workforce and strengthen Nigeria’s engineering and construction ecosystem.
