LAGOS, NIGERIA – The Intrapreneur Project has officially launched the Power of Work Bootcamp, a one-day intensive training programme designed to transform employees into intrapreneurs—innovative, self-driven professionals who take ownership and lead with purpose.

The event, set to host 750 participants, will take place at Harbour Point, Victoria Island.

The bootcamp aims to address a critical gap in conventional corporate training by moving beyond traditional skill-building to focus on mindset transformation. Using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle framework, the programme emphasizes understanding the “Why” behind work, bridging the gap between training investments and measurable outcomes.

“Real change arises from the inside out,” the programme notes. “While companies often meet many levels of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, they frequently fall short in addressing self-actualisation. The Power of Work Bootcamp bridges this gap by cultivating employees into intrapreneurs—driven, confident, and action-oriented individuals.”

The one-day programme comprises five comprehensive modules delivered in three segments, featuring interactive exercises, revolution mapping sessions, expert Q&A, and practical strategy development. Participants will also receive a detailed workbook and a digital innovation toolkit.

Leading the bootcamp is Ndidi Ukaonu, a seasoned leadership expert with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 22 years at GTBank. Ukaonu is the author of Power of Work, Career Navigator, and Managing Your Boss, and has delivered transformative training at TEDx, The Platform, GTBank, Stanbic IBTC, Access Bank, and other organizations across Africa.

Expected outcomes of the bootcamp include: Strengthened ownership and accountability mindsets, Improved innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, Practical strategies and implementation tools, and Enhanced confidence and leadership readiness.

The programme offers flexible participation options for organizations, including group and individual registrations, as well as partnership packages at Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels, featuring participant tickets, venue branding, and workbook advertising opportunities.

“The focus is on intensive skill development, hands-on learning, and practical transformation rather than passive knowledge sharing,” Ukaonu emphasized.

For organizations seeking to unlock discretionary energy, drive measurable transformation, and foster a culture of innovation, the Power of Work Bootcamp presents a unique opportunity to invest in workforce transformation.
