— Ward tour moves to Okitipupa

The Director-General of BTO4PBAT27, a support group for the re- election of President Bola Tinubu, Ogbeni Adesuyi Adojutelegan, has called on party members to remain united, politically active and committed to strengthening the ruling party at the grassroots for the re+election of President Bola Tinubu.

Adojutelegan urged members of the support group to formally register with the All Progressives Congress, APC, in order to consolidate the party’s base ahead of future electoral engagements

He said this in Okitipupa, at the commencement of the first phase of the BTO4PBAT27 ward tour.

The DG, said that members of the party should propagate the policies of the president to the people.

He notes that the ward tour by the political support group is “intensifies grassroots mobilisation and stakeholder engagement in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to him “The ward tour, organised by BTO4PBAT27, is aimed at consolidating support for the re-election of President Tinubu and strengthening political participation at the community level.

“The initiative is being coordinated under the leadership of the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.

He urged members of the support group to formally register with the All Progressives Congress, APC, in order to consolidate the party’s base ahead of future electoral engagements.

As part of efforts to support party growth, Adojutelegan announced a donation of one million naira to the APC in Okitipupa Local Government Area to boost ongoing membership registration and mobilisation activities

Addressing members at the flag-off ceremony, the Okitipupa Local Government Coordinator of the group, Mr. Olalekan Akindehin, urged party faithful to remain committed to promoting the policies, achievements and vision of President Tinubu among residents at the grassroots.

Akindehin stressed the need for unity, consistency and continuous engagement with the people as key factors for the successful implementation and acceptance of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Also speaking, the Publicity Secretary of BTO4PBAT27, Mr. Folajimi Adewumi Gbenga, charged ward coordinators to demonstrate leadership beyond their official titles by actively mobilising members and convening regular ward meetings of the group to sustain community participation.

The event attracted a large turnout of party members, ward coordinators and supporters, reflecting growing grassroots enthusiasm as the BTO4PBAT27 ward tour continues across other local government areas of the state.
