The founder of Ventura Hotel & Suites, Prince Ebube Obi, on Monday highlighted the importance of quality service and strategic location in enhancing hospitality offerings in Asaba, Delta State.

Speaking on the operations of the facility, Obi said the hotel was established to provide visitors with accommodation that combines comfort, safety, and accessibility, particularly for travellers using the Asaba International Airport.

“Our goal is to create an environment where guests feel welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive,” Obi said. “We aim to maintain service standards, professionalism and consistency, which we consider essential in today’s competitive hospitality sector.”

Obi disclosed that the hotel, located off Vanguard Avenue directly opposite the airport, is designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. He explained that proximity to the airport and major road networks allows guests to move efficiently across the city without compromising convenience.

According to him, Ventura Hotel & Suites provides rooms equipped with modern facilities such as air-conditioning, workspaces, television sets, internet access, en-suite bathrooms and 24-hour power supply, features he said are necessary to support the dual demands of work and relaxation for guests.

He further noted that private investment in the hospitality sector is critical for the growth of Asaba as a commercial and administrative hub, stressing that standardised lodging facilities play a role in attracting both local and international visitors.

Obi said the management continues to focus on improving guest experience while ensuring that the hotel operates with efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
The hotel, Prince Ebube Obi added, is part of broader efforts to expand quality accommodation options in Delta State, reflecting the evolving expectations of modern travellers.
