The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has partnered with Pioki Solutions Nig. Ltd to launch a month-long training program in woodwork for 50 Delta youths.

The training, which commenced today, aims to equip participants with practical skills in woodwork, enhancing their employability and contribution to the industry.

This initiative is part of NCDMB’s efforts to develop local capacity and capabilities in critical skills required by the industry.

By providing hands-on training and practical experience, the program seeks to bridge the skill gap and boost employment opportunities for Delta youths.

The training program is designed to provide participants with industry-relevant skills, aligning with NCDMB’s mandate to promote Nigerian content in the oil and gas industry. Upon completion, participants will receive certificates, recognizing their proficiency in woodwork.
