The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS), has announced its 20th edition, scheduled to take place from July 13th to 18th, 2026, at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, Nigeria.
This event is Africa’s largest housing and construction expo, attracting over 40,000 attendees, including developers, financiers, construction giants, and home seekers from over 21 countries.
The AIHS 2026 will feature over 1,000 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge products and services, including affordable building technology, construction equipment, mortgage services, and housing projects.
The event will also include interactive fora, knowledge-sharing sessions, and networking opportunities.
Some of the highlights of the event according to the organisers and ptomoters, include Keynote
Speakers, Top African leaders, Ministers, Governors, and international housing experts.
Over 1,000 exhibitors will be showcasing innovative housing solutions just as there will be
networking opportunities; matchmaking sessions, business dinners, and cultural events.
There will also be Africa Housing Awards to recognise outstanding contributions to the housing sector.
