Abuja Realtors Network celebrates 2025, gives awards

As Nigeria’s real estate sector continues to evolve, industry professionals in the nation’s capital are increasingly turning to collaboration and professional standards to drive sustainable growth. One such platform is the Abuja Realtors Network (ARN), a professional association formed to unify realtors, promote ethical practice, and strengthen the real estate industry within Abuja and beyond.

Founded in May 2025, the Abuja Realtors Network is led by its President, Dr Odokoro Michael, who is the CEO of Moontech real estate, alongside a team of executives drawn from across the sector. In less than a year, the association has grown into a recognised community of real estate professionals contributing measurable value to the industry.

To commemorate a year of progress, the association hosted a Dinner and Awards Night to celebrate its achievements and honour outstanding performance within the real estate ecosystem. The end-of-year event brought together realtors, developers, and industry stakeholders to reflect on milestones recorded since the network’s inception.

During the ceremony, companies and individuals who demonstrated excellence, professionalism, and innovation in the real estate sector were formally recognised. The awards highlighted members who had not only achieved business growth, but also raised standards, facilitated ethical transactions, and contributed positively to the industry’s reputation.

Speaking on the significance of the event, the leadership of the network noted that the awards were designed to encourage accountability and recognise value creation across the sector.

“The growth we have seen since May shows what is possible when realtors work together with a shared vision,” the association’s leadership said. “Several of our members have added real value to the industry, and it was important to recognise those contributions publicly.”

Beyond recognition, the Dinner and Awards Night also served as a platform for networking, relationship-building, and strategic conversations about the future of real estate in Abuja. Attendees reflected on the challenges and opportunities within the market, while reaffirming their commitment to professionalism and collaboration.

Since its formation, the Abuja Realtors Network has positioned itself as a unifying body for real estate practitioners, offering structure, peer support, and a collective voice within the industry. The association’s leadership says plans are underway to expand its activities, strengthen member engagement, and deepen its impact on the real estate sector in the coming year.

As Abuja’s property market continues to grow, initiatives like the Abuja Realtors Network signal a shift toward more organised, transparent, and value-driven real estate practice with industry recognition serving as both motivation and benchmark for excellence.

At the awards ceremony, the following recognitions were presented: Real Estate Academy of the Year, Fortreal Real Estate Academy; Real Estate Coach of the Year, Mr. Jeff Anozie; Fastest Growing Real Estate Company, Mshel Homes; Most Trusted Real Estate Company, FirstFruit Housing Ltd; Real Estate Influencer of the Year, Joshua Miti (MC Miti); Top Marketing Partner Award, TSV Partners; Real Estate Icon of the Year, Chief Andy Elewere, Chairman Aiben Group; Exemplary Leadership Award, Arc. The Abuja Realtors Network says it will continue to build platforms that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ethical practice among real estate professionals, while creating opportunities for engagement with policymakers and industry experts. With its growing membership and expanding activities, the network remains focused on strengthening professional standards and supporting the long-term growth of Abuja’s real estate sector.
