In the spirit of the Christmas and New Year season, the Fatade Idowu Foundation through its founder, Mr Idowu Olamilekan Fatade carried out a humanitarian outreach at the Islamic Mission School, Isale Alfa, in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The outreach was centered on supporting elderly members of the community, as the foundation distributed food items and essential provisions to over 300 aged beneficiaries. The initiative was aimed at easing the burden of the festive period and ensuring that the season of celebration was also a time of care and inclusion for the aged.

Members of the foundation noted that the exercise reflects its belief that true celebration lies in sharing and looking out for those who may be struggling. Beyond the distribution of items, the team took time to interact with the beneficiaries, offering reassurance and words of encouragement.

Community leaders and representatives of the Islamic Mission School expressed appreciation to the foundation for the thoughtful intervention, describing it as timely and impactful. They acknowledged the importance of such gestures, especially in a period marked by rising living costs.

Many of the beneficiaries received the support with gratitude, stating that it brought relief and renewed hope. The founder, Mr Idowu Olamilekan Fatade reaffirmed its commitment to continued community engagement and pledged to sustain initiatives that promote dignity, care, and social responsibility.
