A Lagos based private school, Hampton Preparatory School based in Lekki Phase 1 has held a book reading session where pupils had a good time with their visitor.

The event had the Author of ‘We Are Friends’ series, Titilola O. Babarinde, who expanded the anti-bullying week earlier held by the school.

The school in a statement said “The event was filled with excitement and curiosity as pupils gathered to explore three brand-new titles from the ‘We Are Friends’ – Get to Know Series by Titilola O. Babarinde (née Balogun). The session celebrated a multicultural resource full of friendship, diversity and cultural understanding key themes of the ‘We Are Friends series’ further expanding on the anti-bullying week held at the school in the previous week.

“The children enjoyed an engaging reading experience, interactive moments and an opportunity to connect with the stories in a warm and welcoming environment. Their enthusiasm and participation made the event truly memorable in a beautiful atmosphere of creativity and learning.”
