The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, has lauded the nomination of Senator Jimoh Ibrahim as a non-career Ambassadorial nominee and Abimbola Samuel Reuben as a career Ambassadorial nominee of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
A statement issued and signed by the State Chairman of the party, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, said that the two appointments, announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are clear testimonies to the capacity, dedication, and outstanding service records of the two illustrious sons of Ondo State.
Adetimehin said that “Senator Jimoh Ibrahim is a well-known businessman, scholar, and politician whose contributions to national development continue to speak for him.
“His knowledge of global affairs and strong academic and business background make him a valuable choice for this important role”
“Abimbola Samuel Reuben has also distinguished himself in his professional path.
“His nomination as a career Ambassador is a recognition of his competence, commitment, and years of diligent service.
“The APC in Ondo state expresses deep gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for finding our sons worthy of these honourable responsibilities.
” These nominations reflect the confidence that Mr. President has in the people of Ondo State.
“We believe that both nominees will represent Nigeria with dignity, intelligence, and patriotism. Their track records show that they will serve well and bring pride to the nation and to Ondo State”
