The Ultimate Vibrant Realtor Group (UVRG) has concluded its 2025 edition of the Business Opportunity Training (BOT), an annual gathering focused on capacity-building within the real estate sector.
The event, held at the KICC Prayer Dome in Maryland, Lagos, brought together real estate practitioners, industry resource persons, and public figures for a series of lectures and training sessions.
Themed “The Takeover 2025,” this year’s programme featured discussions on market trends, property investment, leadership development and emerging practices in the sector. Participants from various parts of the country attended the sessions, which were led by invited speakers, including leadership expert Dr. Linus Okorie (MFR), actor Lateef Adedimeji, and media personalities Egungun of Lagos and Ola of Lagos.
Real estate developers and other professionals also contributed to the discussions.
The BOT was coordinated by the event committee led by Mrs. Atinuke Akerele Shittu, with operational support from the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Oluwayemi James.
According to the organisers, the programme was designed to provide practical training for realtors and aspiring professionals navigating Nigeria’s evolving property market.
UVRG President Ambassador Oseni Gbolahan oversaw the 2025 edition, which forms part of the group’s annual efforts to engage its community and offer platforms for professional development.
