MC Dammy set NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja, alight with “Live Owambe 2.0 – Faaji Repete,” a celebration of Nigerian culture, music, comedy, and fashion. The event drew distinguished guests, including Senator Ganiyu Olarenwaju Solomon, members of ASSEV Nigeria, and the Association of Professional Party Organizers and Event Managers of Nigeria (APPOEMN). The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, sponsored the event.
The night featured an enthralling cultural showcase, high-energy performances by Elites Live Band, comedy performances , and fashion presentations, blending modern creativity with traditional Nigerian roots.
Speaking on the event, MC Dammy, CEO of MC Dammy Entertainment, said, “Bringing our culture to the stage in such a powerful way and seeing Lagos show up for it means the world. We’re grateful to our partners, the Lagos State Government, and every guest who made this night unforgettable.”
The event celebrated cultural preservation, youth engagement, and the creative economy, providing opportunities for artists, stylists, and SMEs while spotlighting Lagos as a hub for destination entertainment. Performers included Honey Tongue, Damola, Mide Coker, AJ Pompey,Dextop and others.
