Technology Distribution giant, TD Africa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU with Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, to jointly develop AI-powered data centres in Nigeria.
The MoU was signed at the Schneider Electric Innovation Day Nigeria 2025, an event that brought together over 450 stakeholders in technology, energy, infrastructure, and public policy to discuss Nigeria’s energy future and national development.
The partnership aims to drive innovation, investment, and growth in Nigeria’s data centre industry, leveraging Schneider Electric’s expertise in energy management and automation, and TD Africa’s extensive technology distribution network.
Speaking at the event, industry leaders emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving Nigeria’s digital transformation and achieving its economic goals.
The event marked Schneider Electric’s 25th anniversary in Nigeria, highlighting its commitment to the country’s growth and development.
TD Africa’s partnership with Schneider Electric is expected to unlock new opportunities for businesses and drive economic growth in Nigeria.
